Somewhere (in fantasy land?), there is a rule of tongue-always tell the truth, whether good or bad. As a result , the culprit(s)do not have to fabricate more and more outlandish justifications for the errors in forecasts/management decision/ pricing of options/repeating erroneous information in annual reports/failure to fulfill their own promises of providing timely, accurate and applicable information,etc.
