Sandeep, mixed emotions on this foolishness.. Sargodha..A friendly local cricket match ended in a deadly gunfight after a dispute broke out over allegations of match-rigging here on late Wednesday. Two people were killed and five injured when fighting erupted, police informed. “The players fought each other with automatic weapons and sticks after the cricket match”, police added. The clash happened when two students, Mubashir Nadeem and Muhammad Iqbal of Chak No. 35 started firing. During this fierce gun battle Mubashir Nadeem and Muhammad Iqbal of the opposition group caught in the fire range and died on the spot while Saleem Amir including others received injuries. Pakistan is a cricket crazy nation with military President Pervez Musharraf, 58, declaring Thursday that his mother was a great fan of the game. Cases have been registered separately and the investigations are underway.
