Either way Dell share price shouldn't go up if earnings per share are not improving.
15 M people out of 7 B people on planet buy Dell. Half will say that sales are saturated other half says that they are just scratching the surface of potential market.

I not going to get in the middle of this argument. They are fully priced at P/E of 52.
