VIX finally broke 40 today so we may finally be bottoming. Lots of positive rumors are starting to swirl after all these months of negative stuff. Niles is going to upgrade INTC (he didn't), SUN is going to revise up etc... I heard anyother one about 2 very large hedge funds buying QQQ's in size today. Not sure if they are the ones leaking such info just so they can unload 'em after a rally but the negative mood seems to be climaxing.
