I don't....I let Bill Gross, the master of bonds and all their permutations do it for me. I have PRRDX, which is Real Return D if you go to the Pimco site. I like the inflation protection and they are masters at trading bonds and I am not and have no interest either. They get a premium over the interest even after you factor their costs.
