That is not clear at all. You have neglected to consider birth rates as the predominant feature of population growth. Not only are the ultra-orthodox prolific breeders (a good argument for forcing them to get a job and screw people in business instead of the bedroom), but the Palestinians seem to grow inordinately large families considering the state of their existence. The whole area seems to be a an insane rabbit warren with both sides using exploding populations as a tool of war. This is madness.
