Oppenheimer OppenheimerFunds acquired a 10.3 percent stake in drug discovery firm Neurogen Corp. (NRGN: news, chart, profile) last month, according to documents filed Wednesday with the SEC. Oppenheimer's Global Growth & Income Fund (OPGIX: news, chart, profile), up 13 percent annually over the past decade, controls the 2 million shares of Neurogen.
