The markets don't believe you, the public doesn't believe you.

I interpret the market move to mean that the markets prefer more regulation over strict enforcement.

Only an ever diminishing list of dimwits and conspirators accept your version of things.

Since you are still talknig to me, I guess you're at the bottom of the diminishing dimwit list.

I have deduced two things however;

1. You are only a sophomore at the Carville School.
2. After eight years of spinning in circles, the professors of Carville College have finally proven that they have been dizzy all along.
