Herb, a fair point. However, if you calculate it your way (which I agree is more accurate) you have, as you point out, an unnoticeable increase in market share. Any way you cut it, the observation that "13-15% of our Apple purchasers are windoze converts" simply doesn't "add up." i.e. etiher it should be reflected in an increased market share which has not been seen or it shouldn't be seen as increased market share which makes it irrelevant (well, at least unimportant). I'm tired of seeing these convert numbers paraded before us as if they mean something within the next decade.
