My guys that help me out on money flows tell me that the conditions now look right. A short-covering buying panic is likely sometime soon. This is going to be volatile but it is going to be hard to lose money from these levels if you have any kind of a time horizon. Fundamentals stink but pessimism is near an extreme and the bearish camp has become too crowded. Another big leg down would need another shock to the economy like a major terrorist attack or another huge fraud case or something along those lines. This consumer sentiment survey was done right after Worldcom fraud happened. It is irrelevant. I am scaling-in...
