Brian, they gave me the opportunity to buy VECO at a great price (I had an OB at $18.44 but got almost a buck discount to that..). I may build a little cushion here trading in and out for few bucks before I settle this one into my "core". VECO has been extremely good at absorbing new companies, let's hope their track record will continue on this... Zeev
