The party line is that the U.S. doesn't want the ICC because the ICC would prosecute peace-keeping forces. Obviously, this is a cover for the real worry that the ICC would prosecute American troops who are non-peace-keepers, like when the World Court indicted us for our terrorist war on Nicaragua (inculding the intentional bombing of civilian targets). Putting that aside, on the narrow issue of peace-keepers, what is your view?
