Hi Bob!

How do you invest in biotech? Just curious. As i can see from your post You invest in a variety in companies to spread the risk and since you are a long term trader you are probably not in at an average of 9. Averaged down during that period? Yes, i looked at the chart and see this stock fluctuate drastically, not necessarily upward. So we invest in the potential, right? Well i think the potential is great(look at all the patents our host has posted here the yesterday) and therefore i bought LGND. But since these are long term plays with less then certain outcome wouldn't it be a good strategy to buy options on these stocks and invest the other money someplace else to profit in the meantime? I ask that as a real newbie question because i try to learn investment strategies.
