The SEC investigated Bush and the facts developed clear him....

I know you know the difference between being innocent and being found not guilty. And I know you know the difference between being exonerated and the SEC taking no action.

I do know the difference between misconduct and alleged misconduct. It didn't seem necessary to me to make that distinction when the point I was making was about the relative seriousness of the charges but I understand why it's important to you. So let me restate that the misdeeds alleged against both Presidents have been on the smallish side, neither set IMO worthy of the investigative zeal which was pursued in the first case and which may yet materialize in the second.
