Wayne... the new mining legislation ain't anything different from what we've got in North America. If anything it should spur some tremendous growth opportunities for the explorers. fwiw, 80% of the worlds known PGM reserves are in South Africa - I'm not saying to jump in and load up on Amplatts, but what I am saying is to take a look at some of the properties they've had to give up within the Bushveld Complex.

Anooraq Resources (Russ talked about this one a few times) is the first one that comes to mind. As for Stillwater? It's a highly levered play - it's very Kinross-esque - and it would be my first choice once the bull returns to this sector.

...but not now.
