scott, The important thing to remember about this gush of new legislation is that none of the new measures can be applied ex post facto to the criminals who are running free today. This is largely a distraction from what really needs to happen. Criminal prosecutions and convictions. Bush is stonewalling on the real job he needs to do. -Ray
