everyone talks about how wonderful it is to edit your shots immediately.

Went to see Box Opera 3 ( boxopera3.com ) last nite--a wild, whacky and funny one nighter. I was watching Visko Hatfield ( visko.cc ) work the scene with his high end Nikon digital camera, and couldn't help but notice that after almost every snap he'd check the LCD screen to see what he'd just captured. The whole "edit your shots immediately" scenario took on a new meaning for me. Couldn't help but think that's one way to miss great shots.

But, I do get tired of demanding that all my film be hand inspected when getting on a plane.

You ever try an X-Ray Pouch?

I haven't, like you I'm always stomping my foot demanding hand inspection of my ISO 1600 film (even if the cans in fact contain less sensitive film), but I'm thinking about getting he pouch because of the increasing resistance to hand inspection at every airport worldwide.
