Okay....I did a little digging

Rydex has 4 funds that you could trade at 2 trading times during the day...Tempest is one of those funds

However, in order to trade in that manner...your Account would have to be with Rydex-directly
In addition..in order to have a "Rydex" account-- the initial minimum is $25,000

So...Since Profunds has a slightly lower operating expense and I plan on keeping my account at Schwab instead of opening a whole new account---At this point I will probably go with ProFunds
Although they are virtually identical it appears
That is my quick analysis FWIW
