When you "value" a company, you have to look at "assets" minus "liabilities".


wbmw, first off, their assets are greater than their liabilities. However, we're not talking about liquidating the company but rather its survival over the next. Unless you know of a large note that's due and a payable in the next year, I don't understand the concern.
