DUKE,

I don't have my file handy but the "get out of jail free" card that Congress handed the crooks like "Art By Andersen"
is the PSLRA of 1995. The Public Securities Liability Reform Act.

It will insure, along with generous homestead exemptions, that most of the crooks that Bush coddles will be able to keep their ill-gotten, rotten gain.
