I suppose you mean children being led by teachers or by school staff right? Or do you have a problem if some children said it on their own initiative (doesn't sound particularly likely but its possible), or as part of some planned demonstration that did not involve it being an official school function?

I won't be happy until people EVERYWHERE understand leaving those words out has nothing to do with establishing ATHEISM

Well you might be a little happy to hear that I don't think dropping the words establish's atheism.
