If you are going to sell swamp land in florida, one must at least tell potential investors that it is "swamp land". Of course, you can buy that disclosure in 100 pages, but nevertheless, the disclosure must be made.

Regardless of what Ebbers did, it appears that both the CEO and CFO of Worldcom broke the law. The sad part about this is that someone who faces a larceny charge will spend more time in jail than those two collectively.
