we're off topic here, but with this market who cares... re: fishing populations...at least in Florida, if the "work" of the Corps of Engineers could be reversed, much would be better...(thinking about Florida Bay and the Everglades, Lake Okechobee, the spoil islands created to make roads out to barrier islands, etc.) I spent 3 years working on water quality before returning to my original career. Learned enough to be afraid.
