Micron shows first DDR-II memory demo news.zdnet.co.uk DDR-II memory enables data transmission speeds of 400Mbps on a 100MHz bus, and up to 600Mbps if the bus frequency is cranked up to 150MHz -- a scenario envisaged for high-speed networking applications. Micron's demonstration system enabled data transfer speeds of 533Mpbs. Isn't there something wrong with this story? Is this memory only 4 bits wide as opposed to 64bit wide DDR 1? Joe
