That's about as funny and the one about: An aging psych guy went to his GP and said, "Doctor, not only is my ego shrinking, I'm getting shorter and shorter! You've got to do something to help me! Hurry, please!" The doctor replied: "I can tell you're deeply troubled about this, and I'll see what I can do, but I have others ahead of you. Meanwhile, just go to my waiting room and be a little patient."
