That's right... this coward Michael A. Newdow, who sued to have "under God" removed, raised a child for the sole purpose of putting the child in harms way to make a point, then used her as his client to advance his own selfish agenda... this is abuse... this act has nothing to do with her beliefs, religious or otherwise, but that he manipulated the child's life to serve his own selfish agenda... this is what abuse is all about, putting one's own selfish agenda over the child's needs, child abuse or elderly abuse...
Newdow tried the same suit here in Florida several years ago but it was thrown out of court as a frivolous suit, so he moved to California where the fruit cake judges would even rule against the tooth fairy... the first time he tried the suit in California, he was told his daughter was not in school, she was five years old at the time, so the suit was tossed out... and now he filed yet again, winning this time around... he's a physician who went to law school so he can have fun with these kinds of suits... he also sued President Bush, but it too was dismissed as nutty... in effect, he went to law school to move his anti American agenda forward, and then he raised a child so he can have a client he could represent... he put his daughter in harms way so that he could now file on her behalf... this guy is demented and no different than those parents who encourage their kids to blow themselves up... his daughter should be removed from the home by social services for aggravated mental abuse of a child and his ass should be in prison.....
