I own a preferred issue in Titan The stock is selling for 14, and pay a 7.4 % [ $1.00 ] and is convertible into 2/3 of a share of common. This issue is senior
It can be called at 20. Titan is in defence, and does CIA stuff along with many other things.

Here’s the kicker Titan spun off a unit and this amounts to $3 per share to common common. The preferred covenants require that the share conversation be increased, so in reality the preferred holders are getting both dividends
