dave, When things were easy they made big money under the IBM umbrella. When it got hard they had fat management stsyetms, fat margins, high costs, and they were in a death spiral when HP grabbed them. Will they both now enter a death spiral? HP is used to fat margins in printers = cash cow, and Dell has indicated they are going to enter printers = death of cash cow, = death of HP/CPQ ??? Bill
