Larry I do not care how many they give out. In and ove themselves stock options (unless extremely excessive) are neither good nor bad.

The problem I have is that they are not expensed. Company wants to give them out. Fine. Subtract them from earnings. Therein lies the problem. Corporate America is using them to make the fat cats rich without accounting for the affect on earnings. If they had to be accounted for, I doubt so many would be given out.

Stock option accounting is a totall scam.
