Anybody follow Thermo Optek? With the recently acquired VG Systems, they make MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) systems for compound semiconductor production, among other things. With GaAs chip demand exploding, I would think this should be a fertile area. The stock looks very cheap fundamentally and technically.
