augie, $util is lower than it might be because many components are being investigated. You'd go back 5 years to see this level. I doubt it will reach 125 [now 238]. You want good valuation - you'll find it here. PEs under 10, some as low as 3, AND dividends. Top rated utilities moneycentral.msn.com Some, like PCG, pay no dividend. I don't own any. Gottfried
