Yes, I agree with you.

I love gravy. One of my favorite recipes is a French chicken, stewed in white wine with potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms. You take half the veggies and run them through the food processor into a thick sauce and serve it with the sliced chicken and baking powder biscuits. Deadly.

Do you do a lot of the cooking at your house?
