My point about the SEC was that they have simply declined to pursue the case against Bush. That is not a declaration of no wrong doing.

I think your accusation of "un american" because someone disagrees with your opinions is a most self righteous and bigoted ploy. I personally think your attempt to silence opinions other than your own by slander and attack are most absolutely un American. What ever happened to freedom of speech?
