serious DD??? If you do serious DD you can get nailed for inside trading. Only DD really safe anymore is what is in the filings and hope that are not creative accounting. If you get inside info positive or negative then the new law that was brought into effect with the Fair disclosure law will nail you. It is not if you traded on inside info but if you had knowledge. Too risky to be too diligence or get to serious about DD. Besides the market has reset itself back to before the internet in 1997 so expect a lot of RS. It is far from over yet. We are already breeching 1929 and 1973 down turn time frames. Better hope it turns soon... :-) Gary
