Housing market ready to crap out? High probability. In this type of "game" you could look for the next logical place for the creation of money( i.e. the next bubble) The fed needs takers for debt to hold off deflation. Paper "Money" is someones debt. Trouble is I can't find any. Therefore Gold and silver for now.
