has there been a ruling on ebbers 'statement' before he pleaded the fifth? Recall that some reps suggested that he waived his 5th when he made his statement proclaiming hi innocense.

or is this just going to be another thing swept under the rug and forgotten? Sure would think they could have a ruling on it by now

did anyone notice ebbers 'discretely' putting his opening speech in his pocket when one rep wanted to review his opening testimony and have it submitted for review.....again no one followed up....tucked it away and pleaded the 5th...again
