I think they already announced a qtr on 4/23/97. Its at EDGAR web site.

I'm surprised she has pulled back from that $2 1/2 ...oh well. I wonder if all the MPEG talk is taking any steam out of M-JPEG ? Personally, I would rather edit M-JPEG and then encode at MPEG via software than try to edit MPEG directly in Premiere. Also, maybe that new DVCPro format is taking some steam away from M-JPEG capture boards ? Don't know....just guessing.
