I believe that people who are in jobs of trust should be held to a higher standard. In other words, if a cop breaks the law, his penalty is greater than if a lowly citizen broke the same law.

I don't believe that the problem is anymore pronounced in Inglewood or any other L.A. are city. Just more visible.
