ibm is not a software company as far i can tell. msft and orcl will be two left standing and going head to head. on the hardware side there will be ibm, sunw and hpq a distant third. i think dell's model is great right now but will get slammed when the asian's start producing pc's. pc's are commodities and when the asians start selling commodity stuff it is a business i do not want to be in. rocky.
