The bubble was not created by Greenspan. It was created by the greed, fraud and stupidity or corporations, analysts, bankers, accountants and investors. Blaming all the ills of the markets on Greenspan is not correct. The bubble would have happened no matter what Greespan said or did. And it would have burst the same way. The similarities between the 1920s/30s and the 90s are right on. The railroad superhighway brought a new era of technology, economy and business then. The internet superhighway did the same. And just as the bubble was created and burst back then, it did again so now. Greenspan had nothing to do with it. The internet was/is a revolution just as the railroad was then.
