tgp, and what are the corporate/ Repubican CEOs........the good guys? I think not.

1 - Despite all of the recent scandals CEO's aren't all bad guys.

2 - Many of them are not Republicans. Perhaps a majority are but not an overwhelming majority. Those that are republican often are relatively moderate you don't see too many strong outspoken conservatives among the CEOs of large corporations.

at least with McAuliffe and Gebhardt you can vote them out of office.......can't do that with these asshole CEOs

The companies don't have power over you the way the government does. They can't increase your taxes, send you to prison, draft you in to the army, declare that a snail or rat on our land in endangered and thus turn your 10 million dollar developable property in to a $50k non developable property, and they can't force you to deal only with them. If I dislike Exxon Mobil, there are other gas companies I can buy gas from. Even with near monopolies like Intel and Microsoft there is competition, I can buy a computer with an AMD chip that runs Linux and Star Office. Or I can just decide not to buy a particular product. I am a lot more concerned with ass holes and jerks in elected office, as judges, or as senior burocrats, where they have the power to compel by force, then I am about such people being CEOs, unless I am a shareholder or employee of the corporation they head. If I am I can always sell my shares or change jobs.
