Here in St. Louis, large brokerages (mainly Coldwell) have a stranglehold on the local real estate market, and there is little if any penetration in the market by discounters." You haven't got any flyers in the mail about discount listings or someone that will put you in MLS for a small fee? If not and you or your wife are looking for another line of work I suggest you look into it. St. Louis apparently hasn't run up that far yet.
