I don't blame them. Commercial has been in the tank for 2 years.

The immediate bad scenario would be a rise in rates. Longer term it depends on how far this bubble takes us. Loss of income could become a real problem as well. I really don't know what will happen just ideas but like I said...bubbles rarely result in soft landings.

To be honest, there is little affordable housing here now. If you don't have something to flip then it can be a problem.
