Ken, valid points on SCR.A, but it doesn't really matter if the stock is worth 10 or 12 or if earnings were hurt by the weakness in the dollar.

The way I see it, you get SCR.A for FREE when they spin off OEH. Multiply .85 x OEH's current price. That's what you get + SCR.A after the spin off. I'm hoping that they make some announcement on a spin-off on their next earnings report.
