At CNBC they never say a word when the market is in translation. When the market isn't doing anything they spend all of the time discussing what direction the market is going or will go, but when it is going, they don't say a word. They don't start talking about a move until a move is substantially over. Similarly, no one will tell you what you ought be doing in telcom, because they don't know what should be done, and won't know until it's over.
