Dan, I'm not about to defend Bush's insider sale of Harken.

Yet I doubt Bush has much to gain from defending crooked CEOs, even now. That's why I trust Bush more than the Democrats, who want nothing more than to destroy trust in corporate America and replace it with trust in liberal bureaucracy.

As for McCain ... well, maybe.
