one of my best friends in college just lost his job in Ohio his property is in jeopardy this could be a typical American story his insurance company wanted to downsize by 20% they offered voluntary severance but they didnt wait for his choice they FOUND a reason to let him go for flimsy cause he has a moderate first mortgage he transferred equity from two other homes, moving up but he tapped into his home's piggy bank of equity a second mortgage is almost as large as the first now he is out of a job after 22 years in the same firm loyalty counts for NOTHING, NOTHING he has little credit card debt though his wife and three sons are well integrated in the schools neighborhood friends, highschool friends, church friends I would hate to be searching for a job nowadays in a year, will he be have put the property up for sale? / jim
