This is sort of a drive-by posting because, truth be known, I usually have you on ignore, but it must have been a slow night or something.

Any hootchkiss, it would save all of us a lot of time if you knew how to read a balance sheet.

Ms has for 3 years or more that I can remember, ever since the sec required all companies to do so, stated the fully diluted value of the earnings pershare on each quarters report.

Now you probably didn't know this but diluted eps takes into consideration unexercised options. Now I could really do a study on this for the technicalities but suffice it to say, that this contemplates the "reduction" in eps that would be envisioned by recognizing in some form the value of the outstanding but unexercised stock options.

The disclosure is there; but, there are 200 other different methods, pick one.

And what really pisses me off about your post is that it is representative of many of the great unwashed who wouldn't know a good company if it "bit them on the jonkai", so to speak, who would like to blame anybody but themselves for bad investments.
