Jeff: The company's shares are extremely undevalued. This was also the case before they sold their core business to ADP. I had urged the company to retain the services of a competent IR firm but to no avail. Gaspar is well-connected, so I thought that his association with the firm would augur well for the price of the shares; seems not to be the case. Judging from their recent press releases they seem to be building their non-premeire auto finance business. The group has been in the doldrums since the problem with Mercury ? emerged. I doubt that the letter from Steel Partners will impel management to what is suggested. Steel Partners battled them before and lost. Comments welcome.
