The reason I asked the question is that one of JT's main reason's (along with the Rydex numbers) for the impending market melt up is that the specialists et al have been heavily accumulating shares from all the "dumb" sellers and shorters and that they are holding a huge long position awaiting for liftoff. So I wanted to know how one could know with certainty if they were holding or didn't just sell the shares or hedge the shares before a further market drop.
